Healthy Sauteed Green Cabbage

Ingredients
1/2
head of green cabbage thinly cut into long shreds
2 to 3
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2
lemon juice
or to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
Add cabbage and saute at medium heat stirring occasionally until wilted and slightly browned but still has a bit of a bite.
Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
