Dip the asparagus pieces first into the coconut flour, then into the egg wash, and finally coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Arrange the breaded asparagus on the prepared wire rack.
For an extra crunch, give the asparagus a light mist of oil before popping them into the oven.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until they turn golden and the asparagus is tender.
