Preheat your oven to 350ยบ F. Lightly coat a sheet pan with some cooking spray or oil.
In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with the taco seasoning until they are nicely coated. Spread the shrimp on the prepared sheet pan. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
While your shrimp is baking, get a large platter and arrange the chips neatly. Use a spoon to generously fill each chip with guacamole.
Once the shrimp is done, carefully place each shrimp on top of the guacamole-filled chips. Garnish with some fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime juice if desired.
