1teaspoonkosher salt

¼cupunsalted buttermelted and slightly cooled
2clovesgarlicminced finely
3tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheese(more for garnishing)
2tablespoonschopped fresh parsley(extra for garnishing)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a big bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, baking powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss them until well-coated.
Spread the seasoned wings out on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave about 2 inches of space between them. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic parmesan sauce by mixing the melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese in a bowl until everything is blended nicely. Set this mixture aside.
After 35 minutes, take the wings out of the oven and transfer them into a large bowl. Drizzle the prepared garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until they are well-coated.
Return the wings back to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to infuse into the chicken and ensuring it’s fully cooked.
Once done, sprinkle the wings with extra grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy these deliciously crispy wings with your favorite dipping sauce!
