Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Mix well until everything is blended.
Slice the rolls in half and place the bottoms in the prepared dish. Layer half of the ham on top, followed by the Swiss cheese, and finish with the remaining ham.
Place the tops of the rolls back on and generously drizzle the butter mixture over them. Cover everything with foil and bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the tops are golden and toasted.
Take them out of the oven, cut into squares, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
