In a large bowl safe for the microwave, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in 30-second intervals while stirring until smooth and fully melted.
In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture into the melted cheese until fully incorporated.
When there are no dry bits left, stir in the egg white until mixed well. If the dough sticks too much, add more almond flour, one tablespoon at a time.
Place the dough onto a silicone baking mat, cover it with another mat, and roll it out to form a thin rectangle. Cut into six strips.
Wrap each hot dog with a strip of dough, ensuring the dough overlaps slightly.
Brush the wrapped hot dogs with the beaten egg white and sprinkle with seasoning or salt if desired.
Bake in your preheated oven for approximately 18 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and appetizing!
