Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch baking dish with grease.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the sugar and butter together using an electric mixer until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the mixture, followed by the drained pineapple and bread cubes, stirring gently to combine.
Pour the completed mixture into your prepared baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for around 1 hour.
