Perfect Baby-Back Ribs

Do you feel like having some meat? Here’s a nice and easy recipe for baby back ribs! This is so easy to prepare and you can rather grill or roast the ribs. Check it out.

You’ll need:

  • 2 tbsps of chili powder.
  • ½ tsp of mustard powder.
  • 4 pounds of baby-back ribs.
  • 2 tbsps of sugar.
  • 1 tbsp of salt.
  • ½ tsp of dried thyme leaves.

How to:

Mix the sugar, chili powder, salt, mustard powder and thyme in a small bowl until well combined then rub the mixture on the ribs to coat.

If you want to grill these ribs, cook the ribs the bone-side down over medium low heat or when the coals are well covered with ash. Adjust the flame as needed.

Cook for 1 ½ hours until cooked through.

If you want to roast the ribs, arrange the ribs in roasting pans bone-side down and cook for 1 ½ hours.


Simple, easy and delicious! I always cook mine grilled, I serve these with a nice veggies salad and some rice. Give it a shot, it’s worth it.
