Easy, fun cheeseburger bites loaded with cheese and bacon. These littles guys are perfect for any party or game day get together.

Serve these bacon cheeseburger bites with your favorite burger fixin’s.

How cute are these bacon cheeseburger bites?! And they’re so easy to make! Plus, this recipe makes 6 DOZEN! And believe me, they go quick!

Start by crumbling the ground beef into a large mixing bowl. Be sure to use a really lean ground beef, otherwise the appetizers will be too greasy.

Then just mix in the rest of the ingredients. Use the dough hook on your stand mixer. And if you don’t have a stand mixer, get in there with your hands. A hand mixer can’t handle it.

Drop the mixture onto sheet pans  lined with parchment . I use my cookie scoop. If you don’t have one roll them in about 1 inch balls.

They don’t spread so you can really cram them on.

Bake your bacon cheeseburger bites for 20-25 minutes or until they’re golden brown. Cool them for about 5 minutes before you eat them. I know, it’s tough!

Serve these guys as-is with some mustard and ketchup for dipping or get a little fancy schmancy and skewer them on a toothpick with some onion, tomato, and/or pickles.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 4 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheets with parchment.

Crumble beef into large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Using a cookie scoop, drop balls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

RECIPE NOTES: Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
