- 1lb stew beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag egg noodles
Set oven to 300 degrees.
In a tourine or casserole dish, stir together stew beef, cream of mushroom, and cream of chicken.
Place in oven. Cook for three hours, stirring occasionally.
After three hours, stir in sour cream.
Let stand while you cook the egg noodles according to the package.
Serve Stroganoff over noodles. It’s that easy.
