Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (Low Carb)

Sharing is caring!

Six ingredients that you always have at home and about 30 minutes of your time is all it takes to get these amazingly delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Low in carbs since they are flourless, so they are perfect for a quick treat in between
There is also no other fat source used besides the peanut butter, so make sure to use the best peanut butter possible to make them even healthier!
They are so soft, but crunchy and full of flavors (of course, I mean look at the main ingredient haha) and after two cookies you are good to go until your next main meal! Definitely a healthy but delicious choice to fight those cravings in the afternoon!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 F

In a large bowl bring together the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and baking soda

Stir until smooth

Fold in chocolate chips

Place tablespoon wise on the cookie sheet leaving an inch between each cookie

Press down the cookie ball with a fork

Bake for 9-10 minutes (cookies will be very soft when you take them out)

Wait 15 minutes then (and only then) transfer the cookies onto a cooling rack
