German Meatloaf

What’s comfort food for you? For me Meatloaf is definitely one of the best comfort foods ever. It’s easy, it’s fast and it satisfies the whole family. You can eat it with any side or cold the next day on a slice of toast.

I’ve got my Meatloaf recipe from my grandpa (like probably many of you use a family recipe). He just made the best Meatloaf of all time. I’ve never had one that juicy and full of flavors anywhere else.

Like I said, it can be served with anything. I usually do it the original Bavarian way tho, with some pan baked potatoes and brown gravy. Mmmh yummy, just writing about it, makes me wanna have it again right now!
