This Sheet Pan Eggs recipe is a great way to cook a Sunday ‘s breakfast meal for a large crowd using just your oven – it’s fast, easy and delicious!
- 10 large eggs
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Arrange a rack in the middle of oven, and place a rimmed baking sheet on it then preheat the oven to 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
Once the rack is preheated, remove from oven. Drizzle olive oil onto sheet pan to prevent sticking. then quickly pour eggs one by one, beside each other onto sheet pan.
Return sheet pan to oven, and bake until egg whites are set (10 to 12 minutes) or until desired doneness.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Cut into squares and serve.
