Slow-Cooked South African BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT THICK ‘N SPICY Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, quartered
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

Directions:

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.

Cook on low 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).

Serve over rice.
