Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1.5 cups celery, chopped
- 1.5 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth (no salt added)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 Tbsp grainy dijon mustard
- 1 large turkey breast, cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp spelt flour (or whole wheat flour for gluten free use oat or brown rice flour)
Directions
Toss cut up turkey breast in flour to coat. Place everything in slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
