Southern Hot Fudge Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 unbaked pie shell homemade is so much better
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp Coca-Cola

Instructions
 

  • Bake crust 8 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  • Melt chunks and butter together in a large bowl in the microwave; add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into the prebaked crust and bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
  • Don't over cook. Serve warm.
  • Top with real whipped cream and if you want to make it sinfully rich top with ice cream, toasted pecans, caramel sauce and whipped cream - oh yeah, it's a Valentine for the chocolate lover in your life.
