- 8 cups sliced Fuji apples
- 1/2 cup all-natural light whipped topping such as Truwhip Light
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup of unpacked brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 4 hours | Cool: 15 minutes
1 . Spray the slow cooker using nonstick spray. Add apples. Pour lemon juice and mix to combine. Add cinnamon, cornstarch, brown sugar and salt. Mix well to coat.
2 . Cover apples evenly with oats.
3 . Cook covered on low for around 4 hours, until apples become delicate.
4 . Let cool a little for a quarter of an hour.
5 . Before serving, garnish each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
