4. Consume 30 grams of protein

Your breakfast should be 40% protein. For instance, you can have two or three eggs or something like cottage cheese, turkey bacon, or organic pork bacon/ sausage. Ultimately, a protein shake will do the trick, too.
5. Take a cold shower
Cold water has been shown to boost both physical and mental wellness. When practiced on a regular basis, it promotes long-lasting beneficial changes to the immune, circulatory, digestive, and lymphatic systems.
6. Listen to or read uplifting content
If you are to be successful in life, you need to be constantly learning new things. The world`s successful people tend to read and read and read all the time. Reading uplifting content for at least half an hour over a long period of time makes you wiser and more productive in life.
7. Review your life vision
