- 1 can (10 3/4 once, 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 container (16 ounce) fat-free sour cream
- 1 envelope (1 1/4 ounce) onion soup mix
DIRECTIONS
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: around 400 minutes
Ready: at 425 minutes
In the bottom of a crock pot, place the frozen chicken
Once all the other ingredients are mixed together into another bowl, pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover during 7 hour low-cooking.
