Crock Pot Orange Chicken with Broccoli

Serves 4

Cal 192, Carbs 25, Fat 0.5, Protein 19

16 oz. boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into chunks
2 cups chopped broccoli (I used frozen)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup Orange Sauce (I used LaChoy)
1 cup mandarin orange pieces

Toss everything in the crock pot except for oranges and cook on low for 3-4  hours. 15 minutes before serving toss in the orange pieces. Serve over hot rice or noodles. Enjoy!
