Fried Garlic Butter Asparagus

  • 1 Bundle Fresh Asparagus
  • 2 tsps. Minced Garlic
  • 4 Tbsps. Butter
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


Rinse and pat asparagus dry.

Cut off the ends. Then cut asparagus in half.

Add butter and garlic to a large skillet.

Sauté garlic in butter for 1-2minutes then add the asparagus.

Season with the salt and pepper.

Fry til fork tender or however you like your asparagus.

Serve immediately  with chicken bites with lemon and enjoy
