Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:

4 servings

  • 1 handful of cornmeal
  • 2 cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • 1 bag of shrimp cooked 41-60 shrimp per pounds
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pieces garlic

Directions:

În a bowl mix flour, salt, pepper cornmeal. And stir really good till mixed.

In a different bowl add one egg and shredded your two pieces of garlic. And scramble. Add all of your shrimp inside and stir.

Now add 2 or 4 cups of oil to your cooking pan and let it heat up and now run your shrimp through the flour and add to the pan. Cook till it’s nice and golden brown. Take out let it sit on a paper towel and serve.
