This recipe makes roughly 8 oz of Whipped-Cream that can be added into any recipe (or just eaten on it’s own, if you’re anything like my husband)
We used a blender on ours to speed the process up for us, but you can hand mix with a whisk or use a hand blender if you want the speed, but don’t want to transfer bowls.
Mix sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla into one container and blend using desired method.
Continue blending checking every so often until mixture forms stiff peaks, once there it’s ready to use (or serve plain).
Home Made Whipped-Cream
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
- Mix ingredients together until stiff peaks form.
