Monkey Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 fully ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 pkg. (1.4 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients except ice in blender until well blended.

Add ice; blend on high speed until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Makes 4 (1 Cup Servings)
