Ingredients :
- 1- 2½ lb sirloin steak, 1½ inches thick
- ½-cup butter
- ¼-cup chopped fresh parsley, (4-tsp dried)
- ¼-cup minced onion
- 2-tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ½-tsp dry mustard
Directions :
Preheat grill
Lightly score the edges of the steak at 1-inch intervals
Combine butter, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and mustard in a small saucepan
Heat, constantly stirring until butter melts
Reserve 1/4 of the mixture
Place steak on the grill and brush with the mixture
Cook, basting with butter mixture, about 6 minutes a side for medium
Place on a serving platter
Cut across the grain into thin slices
Drizzle reserved butter mixture over steak
