Sausage & Potatoes Crock Pot Meal

My grandmother used to make this for us growing up. To me, this recipe is a taste of home. As a born and raised country girl, this is a filling and hearty dinner. Besides reminding me of home It’s also a fast and easy meal. You can throw it in the crock pot in the morning and at the end of the day dinner is already done. Oh, and less clean up.

Peel your potatoes and chop into pieces. Throw them into the bottom of your crock pot. Throw in a cut in half onion.
Put four cans of green beans on top of the potatoes.
Chop your sausages into about 1inch slices. You can use any sausage. I use a smoky sausage, and it gives the entire dish a smoky flavor.

Then cook for 8 hours. Bam. You’re done. Enjoy.
