Makes 1 drink
Recipe adapted from Nutrition Stripped
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- small pinch kosher salt
Mix almond milk and coconut oil in a small saucepan and simmer over the stove until warmed through, about 6-8 minutes.
Whisk in honey, turmeric, cinnamon and salt. Stir until mixture is frothy and serve. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Alternately, if you have an espresso machine, steam the almond milk & coconut oil together until frothy. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon and salt.
