I love garlic anything and these Sauteed Garlic Green Beans are no exception.
There were many days when I wondered about what kind of vegetable to serve with our dinners. Now, since my husband came up with this awesome Sauteed Garlic Green Beans recipe, I usually just leave it up to him. It’s a vegetable dish you can serve with just about any meal.
Fresh Green Beans sautéed in butter and garlic? Yes, please! The kids love them too so they’ve definitely become a staple at our dinner table. So, if you like garlic and you like green beans… give them a try.
I guarantee you’ll love them too. 🙂
Preparation:
You’re going to need about a pound of Fresh Green Beans. You can get them with the ends already cut in the produce aisle. Sometimes, depending on my mood and what kind of time frame I’m working with, I’ll get the ones that I have to cut. Either one you choose will work. You’ll also need 3 teaspoons of minced garlic, 3 tablespoons of butter, a teaspoon of garlic salt and a half teaspoon of garlic powder.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Once melted add the minced garlic and green beans. Stir to coat with the butter. Sprinkle your garlic salt and garlic powder over the green beans. Cook on medium low, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes or until slightly wilted.
