Ingredients:
- 3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT THICK ‘N SPICY Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, quartered
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
Directions:
Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.
Cook on low 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
Serve over rice.
