This Biscuit-Breakfast is really good and pretty easy. It also happens to be really filling and the servings are easily large, we fed ours to about 9 people and still had left overs, so this makes for a good group breakfast
In bottom of pan lay down your biscuits, we didn’t actually use the Pillsbury brand like it calls for, but it turned out fine any way, although using the Pillsbury brand will end up with fluffier and flakier biscuits
Next pour the egg mixture on top of your biscuits
Then add more cheese, if you would like this step is not really required but we were feeding cheese lovers so we piled on more
Cook for 30-35 minutes, or until fully cooked, you can test using a knife, when the egg mixture stops coming out on the knife the eggs are cooked and when the biscuits don’t come out on the knife either then you’re good
Cool then serve, and there you have it, a meal for many that will fill the tummy. I actually doused mine in ketchup because that’s how I like it, others at our table used salsa some went without, but the big consensus ended up being that it was delicious
